Through a small lobby from the dining room, you enter the sitting room which contains a large double futon, cosy two-seater sofa, coffee table, blanket chest, bookcase, wall mirror, television (with digital reception), DVD, audio and video players. The futon easily folds down into a comfortable spare bed for two people. Extra bedding is contained in the blanket chest. |

Off the rear cloakroom is the main bathroom, equipped with bath, electric shower, WC and wash hand basin. Rooms are heated by electric storage or timed heaters. Hot water is provided by an immersion-heated cylinder in the bathroom which can be boosted at any time. |
