Sunrise view from Aisling

Aisling is situated in the picturesque
and colourful town of Tobermory on the Isle of
Mull, off the West Coast of Scotland. The house
is warm and welcoming, with a front garden overlooking the bay. The situation boasts spectacular views of Tobermory
Bay, Calve Island and beyond to the Sound
of Mull and Morvern.
Aisling (pronounced ashling
- Gaelic for a dream or vision) is a converted traditional
fisherman's cottage over a century old, and has been newly
refurbished with décor inspired by the beautiful array of colours
along the waterfront of the town. The self catering accommodation is
spacious enough for four adults comfortably, though
up to six people can be slept - there are two bedrooms
with double beds, and a sitting room with a fold-down futon.
The cottage is situated on Argyll Terrace
in upper Tobermory, with only a five minute walk (downhill!) to the shops
and facilities on Main Street. The local arts centre
An Tobar is a few minutes' walk along the terrace. The
house lends itself well to hillwalkers, music lovers, rally drivers, fishing
enthusiasts, theatregoers, romantic holidaymakers, wildlife watchers -
and last but not least, Balamory fans! |
